Is it OK to do a load convert -u on a single mail file to test that it works ok for folder designs? I don’t want it trying it on all the mail files in the directory.

load convert -u mail\filename.nsf * newtemplatename.ntf

It’s ok to run convert against a single mail file, just be sure the file is not in use or open at the time you run the convert. You may also want to run a “Load updall mail\filename.nsf -R” after the conversion is finished. This will rebuild full-text indexes and all used views.
