Load convert -f

Hi there,I’m currently trying to test the convert options and here’s my situation…

I have created a txt file in C:\Temp on our mail server, which contains the following:

Mail\user1

Mail\user2

I then type into the server console,

load convert -f c:\temp\textfile.txt * newtemplatename.ntf

The convert task will then start converting the first mail file in the txt file but then shuts down, without any errors, without going onto the second mail file.

The text file definitely doesn’t have any carriage returns after the mail files which was another suggestion here in the forum.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Definately Ensure there is a carriage return. Look in the admin help for sample txt file.

Yeah that worked - thanks!I was reading posts from people using Unix or something where a carriage return would screw things up so thought maybe it was the same across the OS board.

Thanks a lot.
