We are starting to use SCOM-QMX to monitor the different Notes/Domino metrics included in the MIB file, but we keep receiving alerts on “lnMailTransferFailures” from a server, its value remains being equal to 3 but if we check its routing mailboxes they are empty.
How can we clear or reset the value for this counter/metric? What is its real meaning?
We are running Lotus Domino 8.5.3 on Windows Server 2008.
