After installing LN 8.5 client on SLED 11.1, I can’t see database (applications) names, sever names on their icons nor workspace titles. Tried with different system fonts but without any effect. Example: After I have changed the workspace title, I can see that there is a frame around the area on the tab where the title should be displayed, but there is no visible text.
On database icon, I can see only its graphical icon but no text (name, unread doc count, server name).

Thanks. Did that but still the same. The fonts look ok (as far as I can tell) in documents (and mail) but not on the desktop (workspace). What is the font used for workspace icons and tabs? Is there anything else (like resolution or some font properties) which may be the reason for this?(Additionally I’ve copied all MS fonts from my XP but that did not help either)

on Ubuntu 8.10 and Fedora 10.
Support said ‘not supported platform’, but this may be a problem they have coming up since they support Ubuntu 8.04 and SLED 10. I pointed them at your original post as well, so they know it’s not just me.
Just as a possibility, check the long list here as well:
