I want to export bookmark-icons to our users via desktop-setting documents.Within this document the tab “databases” contains a section “bookmarks to merge with users’ bookmarks”.
There is a grey field what I suppose should contain the desired database icons.
Unfortunately I cannot add icons via database-links nor have I any idea how to add databases to this field !
Does anyone have experience with this ?

Another head scratcher until you know the answer!
You have to create the relevant bookmarks (in relevant folder) in your own Notes client and then tile your Notes window with your Admin window and DRAG AND DROP the folder into the “Grey Bit”!!! You don’t have to tile your windows but thats how I find it easiet to perform the drag/drop.
To change your mind you need to delete the folder and have a second go!!
This does work - myself and a colleague updated our desktop policy yesterday - and everyone now has the new icon in the Company folder in their bookmarks.

Paula, I found out that somehow you have to use the right mouse button when moving the icons.
