Live Text Missing Underline

We have migrated our Notes servers, etc., to ND802. We upgraded our IT department clients to ND802 as well.

The problem is that live text does not display with the underline in emails (read mode). Live Test is enabled in user preferences.

I can select text and right-mouse click to invoke a widget, but I don’t think this will be intuitive enough for our users.

I’ve searched the forum looking for an answer with no success.

Any ideas? Anyone else experience this issue?

Subject: Got it!

You have to explicitly enable “Recognize All Content” from the My Widgets menu. I would have thought enabling from the Preferences menu should have done the job.
