Live Text hover icon?

There was a new hover icon for the live text function

Did that not make it to the Gold Release?

Subject: It’s there

A blue box with a small down arrow appears at the end of the live text. It does for me anyway.

Subject: I just see the same blue line

In my preferences

What am I missing? I’m using the All Clients 8.5 version.
