I take it you mean you are being blacklisted ? There could be a number of things you need to look at. From my own experience, one of them is the Out Of Office agent. If your users are receiving spam, and use OOO, your domain may itself become a source of spam, because the OOO will reply to spam just as well as to bona fide mail. Look at your logs to see.

One fairly drastic but effective solution is to use the option on the OOO parameters Exclusions tab to disable replying to all Internet mail.

The best solution is of course to ensure no incoming spam gets replied to.

Thanks John for your answer…But Problem still exist :frowning: i think there is an open relay in my SMTP Inbound Control configuration…here is my configuration :

Deny messages to be sent to the following external internet domains: Empty

Allow messages only from the following internet hosts to be sent to external internet domains: [196.201.241.*] —>My real IP

Deny messages from the following internet hosts to be sent to external internet domains: empty

Inbound Relay Enforcement

Perform Anti-Relay enforcement for these connecting hosts: External hosts

Exclude these connecting hosts from anti-relay checks: [213.212.201.]; [196.124.0.]; mail.prosoft.com.eg

Exceptions for authenticated users: Allow all authenticated users to relay

DNS Blacklist Filters

DNS Blacklist filters: Disabled

I cannot say in detail how your configuration should be set, but you will find all the info you need in Administrator Help and by searching the forums (e.g. for “open relay”.)

On the other hand, you need to know how your network is set up. Are you sure that you need to provide relays at all, except for authenticated users ? Do you need those exclusions ?
