List Fields rel. 1.1, list, compare and now edit Notes documents!

List Fields has been through a major overhaul and now include intuitive and powerful editing features.

Quickly launch List Fields on one or more documents from either view- or document context, or launch List Fields from a system wide key combination such as Ctrl+Shift+L.

Edit Notes data directly in List Fields!

All changes are governed by a change log. Nothing is saved without your confirmation, and you can regret changes at any time. Automatic backups of original documents.

Change field names. Rename the field “Subject” to “Title” just by typing in “Title” in the field name cell.

Change field types. Have you ever needed to convert a field from one type to another ? Convert field types between text, text list, number, number list, time/date and time/date list. If List Fields has any problem with the conversion, you will see an informative error report.

Change field flags. Turn on- or off the Summary flag. Do the same with Names, Readers and Author flags.

Change field content! Either type in the new data directly in the cells, or use the built-in editors. Text, calendar and list editors in current release.

Resolve replication- or save conflicts. If you open a document participating in a replication- or save conflict, List Fields will offer to open both the winner- and all looser sibling documents. Use the powerful comparison features in List Fields to instantly spot the differences between the documents. Set a winner document and let List Fields clean up all the loosers. Automatic backup of all involved documents.

Check out all the features and view some flash-movies at the homepage of List Fields; http://www.listfields.com.
