List box validation in web

Hi.,

I need to get the selected values in the the list box to populate in the other list box field when in clicking a button in the same form opened in web.

After that, if i select some values in the other list box field and click on delete button, it has to delete only from the second listbox. This is similar to the adding of address boos names.

can any one help on this.
