I have an user that can’t see images and links in there email, but if the email is forwarded to me I can see them? Any ideas

Just in case this isn’t a notes thing, try disabling the firewall and reloading the message.
There’s a notes service for links and images that is picked up by Symantec and McAfee (probably others). If your user has chosen to block it, then these links/pictures cant be downloaded.
