Links in notes view

Hi

I’m trying to have a hyperlink in one of my columns.

ie, this column contains the url link to websites and i would like to enable users to click on the url so that an internet browser opens at this url

I know it is possible on the web for values of the column to be shown as links. Is it possible in the notes client ?

(I precise I allow users to enter the document by double-clicking on the line)

Am not certain that you can or can’t do what you want to do but, there is One Way that you definetly can:

  1. Create an action that picks up the web address from the selected document and thenuse a @URLOpen commenad to launch it in a browser.

If you don’t like optione one, there is another way (but, I haven’t tried it).

  1. Have a look at the Auto Launch properties of the form - I have never used the URL one but you may be able to do something with that.
