Linking rules with address book

I am wondering why when creating a rule say based on sender or recipient criteria( eg., WHEN SENDER IS) the rules dialog doesn’t let you select the user from the address books. Why do we have to manually type it in(It is not reasonable to expect the rule creator to know the id or name or partial name of the user or distribution list). It would have been lot better if the address books was integrated into the rule creation dialog.

I did know of that feature already. Thanks for letting me know. But that quick rule applies only if you have message from the person and u select it and then say quick rule, then it will automatically populate the sender criteria based on the sender of the mail that is selected. But what if i dont have any email from the sender in my inbox. For eg, i am the leader of this new project. there are three people under me. I havent got any messages from them yet because the project is just about to start. But i want to be proactive and organize my mail so that if emails come from any of those 3 members, i would like to take some action. In this case, quick rule really doesnt help since i dont have any messages from them. The quickrule dialog does not seem to integrate with address book still. I would really appreciate it if in the later releases you guys address this and integrate the dialogs with address books in the system.
