Is there a line counter in the javascript library editor?
I know there is one for the lotusscript library editor
If so, how do you turn it on?
If not, why?? Any logic as to why Lotus would not have one?

There is. It is in the lower right hand corner. You will see two numbers, the first will be the line number and the second will be column number. It will look like this: 34,1 with 34 being the line number that you are on.
