Line Chart in Form

Hi,

I want to create a line chart on a form, depending on what dates the user selects (will work off data from a view).

The line chart has 3 lines: UpperLevel, AvgX, LowerLevel, then the different values of fields must be plotted down.

What do I need to use to create this chart, javascript or svg. I read up on both, but nowhere do I find a starting point as to taking data from the view to display on the chart.

If anybody knows of a tutorial or something that will get me started, I would realy appreciate it.
