Limit outgoing email size in DWA

Do you know how to limit the outgoing email size in DWA?

We set the following parameters:

  1. Configuration settings > Domino Web Access > Domino Web Access ActiveX file attachment utility: “Disable”

  2. Server document > Internet Protocols > Domino Web Engine > Maximum POST data (in kilobytes): “5120”

When user send a email larger than 5MB, the screen will held at “Sending …” page and no error will prompt to user. Do you know how to customized the FORMS7.NSF so an error can prompt to user if the outgoing email size is larger than Maximum POST data?
