How can I create a company logo letterhead in outgoing mail?

What do you mean by letterhead - in one single mail (add it where you add a signature in your mail file), or to all outgoing mails (read all the other post on the subject (modify mail.box or by a 3. part product or wait for Dom 7.)

I assume you mean the little picture in a Notes mail on the left top. All letterheads are in the design of the mailfile. That way you don’t have to actually send the letterhead when you send someone a mail, you just send the number of the letterhead you want the other user to see, which saves a lot of space. that said, for a company logo you either have to replace one of the standard letterheads for this logo and distribute this new design of the mailfile to all users in your company or you have to just add it to your mailfile and send the form of the memo along with the mail (which adds 100 kb to every mail, so people will hate you for it)
