Hi,
We have a mail-in database w/ a group called support attached to it. When people from outside send mail to the support group, certain individuals can read the mail. I was wondering if it’s possible to have it so that when one of those individuals replies to those emails, it should only say support and the date w/out the actual person’s name showing up.

Subject: letterhead in mail
There is 2 fields that you might want to look into. This will require a template change and I would say test this first. The fields are
Sender (add a Default for the DB’s email address, this will over ride the auto update field)
&
ReplyTo (Default to DB’s email and all responses will return to this address)
This used to work a dream in R5 and have not tried it in 6 or 7 but please look into this as it used to work.
