Letterhead, from, mail

Hi All

Have a strange problem following upgrade to 6.0.1 from 4.6.7 server and cannot find out why…

Mails from internet are being recieved in notes ok but the letter head has the format

externaluser@domain.com@domain.com

It will then sometimes say that it was sent by externalusername@domain.com

I have checked out the from field inthe doument and it looks oK

I am really lost on this one…Please help a colleague in need

What’s happening if you Edit the document and then save it, open it again, is the From field displayed is then ok

Have you added an Internet Domain in you location document on the client side?

What is the name of your notes domain
