Let’s be honest: Domino Designer sucks in its current version…
It crashes, it behave strangely, it is fundamently not upto our times anymore…
We need a further Eclipse based Domino Designer as soon as possible.

I also think that its high in time to refresh the entire UI of Notes and I still have the hope that one day Java will allows us to do all these things we never could do in Notes/Domino due to system limits or where we had to create strange work arounds with strange side effects.

Notes 8.0 received a massive UI face-lift. Are you using 8.x with an 8.x mail template?

Yes, Notes 8.0 is much better.
We need Design as soon as possible also 80%-100%, or at least 50% more integrated into the Eclipse environment.
Especially much better tooling for HTML, CSS, Java, Javascript, AJAX, etc. programming.
And proper Agent debugging and Web Services in Java programming.
