I am new to Lotus Notes/Domino. I couldn’t find any resource to learn how to develop apps on domino. Do you know any website from where i can learn something?

www.tlcc.com. They have excellent online courses that are cheap.
The material is good and the code, of their training pages, is open so you can see how they do some pretty neat stuff. And during the period you are taking the courses they will answer questions in specific.
