Learning Lotus notes version 8.5

Hello Folks,I am relatively new to Lotus Notes version 8.5.

I am looking further to develop application using Xpage ,Custom Controls, Composite application , Theme and Css.

If anybody have any document or URL related how to build,integrate and work on these items then it will be of great help to move ahead with all these new features of Lotus notes.

Any help will be appreciable.
