LDDJ connection error - Somebody please help me

Hi, I am learning Servlets and JDBC. I have the following setup.

6.5.1 Domino Server and Client

4.1.31 Apache Tomcat

j2sdk1.4.2_08

LDDJ 1.5

I am able to run servlets on both servers (Domino server and Tomcat).

Now, I would like to run the servlet on Tomcat and wanted to connect to the domino database through JDBC. I have a simple servlet (Example from Anthony Patton book) which has JDBC code init. When I run this sevlet I am getting an exception error.

root cause:

at k_java.tExample_26_5.doGet(tExample_26_5.java:23)

line 23 code in my servlet:

Class.forName(“lotus.jdbc.domino.DominoDriver”);

Can anybody please help/advice.

You can write Servlets and open DIIOP connections to Domino. I haven’t used JDBC in ages.
