LDAPNoAutoStartRepairDIT=1

I am having problems with my LDAP services starting automatically on my primary server. I found the following line in the notes.ini:

LDAPNoAutoStartRepairDIT=1

Could this prevent LDAP from starting automatically? I have no problems starting it manually.
