We have an LDAP writing tool called LDSU (written by HP) which is used to collect data from multiple product directories and then write those entries into all other directories.
This was successfully writing to Domino until upgrading to Domino 6.5x.
I can allow the writes to happen by turning off schema checking (in the LDAP config document), but would prefer to turn this back on to ensure proper formatting of incoming entries. But, even with checking turned off, the entries are added to the Domino Directory with a Type of “ldapPerson” and Form “ldapPerson.” Both of these should be “Person.” Nothing has changed in the LDSU product configuration in 2 years.
Are there any known issues with LDAP writes to Domino 6.5x directories?
