LDAP Stopped working

Greetings, LDAP was working on my server and then yesterday when I was working with the domcfg db all of the sudden it stopped working. I thought it might have been because of the domcfg changes however I replaced it with a prior copy and LDAP still isn’t working for web authentication. Every time a user tries to sign in the link is just going to http://servername/names.nsf?Login.

When I log into the server and use ldapsearch from the domino directory its able to go out and get LDAP information. I checked my LDAP settings in the master address book and those have not changed. Any help would be appreciated.

Subject: Update

I am using SSO and after turning that off everything worked, so it looks like there is a problem with that.

Subject: Doesn’t sound like a problem to me…

I’m sure no other customers plan to use LDAP and SSO concurrently…

(kidding)

Subject: sso rolling login

sounds like the problem is with SSO and not ldapSSO relies on cookies so the way youre accessing the server needs to match the DNS domain in the sso config

If the cookie isn’t getting to the browser or subsequently back to the Domino server, you’ll get a rolling login screen even though your credentials checked out ok

a neat trick is to issue at the console

tell http show users

to confirm Domino accepted your credentials correctly
