Hi,
I’m having a problem with my server in one of the two domains I’m administrating. LDAP is loaded but if I try to make a search (using LDAP Browser), I don’t have any answer from my NAB or the directory catalog from my other domain, it doesn’t work. If, however, I’m having a replica of my other domain NAB on the server, it works and I can browse through it.
Anybody ever saw a problem like this?
Thanks!

Subject: LDAP Problem
Hi,
The question is not so clear.
If I understand you have 2 servers, each one is a different domain.
The first server can’t be searched using LDAP, but the second server can, in both directories.
If that is the situation, maybe in the first server the LDAP task is not running?
Maybe you have a directory assistance in the second server, but nothing on the first one?
Let me know what you are looking for exactly, and I will try to help.
Regards,
Daniel
Subject: RE: LDAP Problem
Hi,
Sorry if I’m not clear enough. I’ve got my big, most used domain. I’ve got a side domain, for some other users. My other domain is running LDAP, and is having a copy of my names from my big domain, let’s call it names2.nsf. I also have a directory catalog of my big domain on this other, mini-domain. I can, using directory assistance, browse the names2.nsf. Unfortunately, I can’t browse through the names.nsf of this domain, nor through the directory catalog. I’m wondering why.
Am I clearer? Sorry, english isn’t my first language.
