We have a connection to our parent company for LDAP queries. I am able to look up individuals in the LDAP directory. However, the only way I can send an email to these individuals is if I add them to my local address book first. As soon as I add them to my local address book as contacts I can send the email and cross certify with them.
I also have an LDAP account setup in my local address book.
How do I establish a permanent connection document instead of adding individual people? It seems at the time of sending it forgets there is an LDAP connection unless the people are in my local address book.
Any suggestions?
