We have a Domino server which acts as an LDAP server for external mail systems and our Quickplace server.
All has been working fine until I enabled the Domain Indexing facility. Since then, the LDAP server has stopped supplying information about local users.
We have Directory Assistance setup, with two domains (plus Domino Directory info) in there. If we search on any names via LDAP, we only get names from the secondary domain.
When I took that secondary domain out, we get no matches at all.
I have disabled Domain Indexing, but still have the same problem.
Upgraded to 6.5.4. Same problem.
Killed off the Schema.NSF, FT directories. Same problem.
From the Quickplace server, we can add users from the directory, but when we click Done, the User Name field is blank. The user gets the invite to the Quickplace, but cannot login. If I edit the member, the user name is defaulted to the manager of that Quickplace. But in the members list, it’s blank still.
Any ideas?
