LDAP and rfc2307

Hi.I have an application on a HPUX server and when people log in they should be authenticated agains a domino server via LDAP.

The HPUX server use rfc2307. How do i make domino understand it?

The Domino LDAP server does not support the schema required for the queries in - RFC 2307 - An Approach for Using LDAP as a Network Information Service.

Is it documented anywhere that Domino does not support this natively? Can the Domino LDAP schema be extended to allow support for this? If so, how?

Not that I know of. This docs says what we do support - RFCs supported by the LDAP service

The Domino LDAP schema can be extended - read the Admin guide or find pointers in the “Domino Directory FAQ” (google it). I don’t know how hard/easy it is to for you to then manage the docs/objectClasses.
