Is there anyway to add a bookmark to the Launch Pad using policies? I have been succesfull in getting all users to have the same custom Welcome Page but it would really help if I could add bookmarks to the Launch pad automatically.

Unfortunately, not at this time. The Launch Pad (and also the “Launcher” on the workplace) are design elements in the user’s bookmark database and these cannot currently be passed down via policies.
