Launch attachment using formula

Iam using below formula and it only works for Manager users. It does not work for Editor, Author and Reader users.@If(@Attachments(@True)=1;

@Command([EditGotoField];“Body”);

@Command([EditSelectAll]);

@Command([AttachmentLaunch]);@Command([EditDeselectAll]));“”)

Please advise

Subject: user should have edit access to the document

Do all users have Editor access or Authors field entry in required documents?
