When there are last name changes or deletion of a name, my application needs to reflect that and accordingly the person names in my appln need to be changed. Can you suggest a way out?

make sure your database ACL has an admin server assigned and that it’s set to modify names fields. This is set on the advanced tab in the ACL. Your application also needs to be programmed accordingly, the user names need to be in a field of either type: names, readers, authors. You’ll need to update existing fields manually or via an agent if you’ve already changed the name(s).

Hey thanx Paul.The admin server is specified alright, but it was set to modify all readers and authors fields. I changed it to modify all names fields.
This solves my issue except for the deletions thing.
What’s the best possible way to take care of the deletions (In cases where an employee leaves co and adminp removes his/her traces)?

AdminP not only handles name changes, it will delete the names as well.
