Large Fonts NOTES.INI entry is finicky

I’ve noticed a few posts on this forum suggesting the large fonts entry in the NOTES.INI file does not always work. After a little troubleshooting, I’ve found that it must be placed near the top of the INI file–despite Notes Help specifically suggesting that it doesn’t matter where in the file it is located it. I verified on multiple 6.0 and 6.0.1 clients that if you put “DISPLAY_FONT_ADJUSTMENT=X” at the bottom, it does not work. Every client worked by moving the entry towards the top of the file.

Just a heads up for anyone struggling with Large Fonts in r6–and any Notes Help Documentation authors who might be reading!!

Nevermind… it looks like NOTES.INI needs to end in a carriage return… and this would affect any NOTES.INI entry on the last line. Quality Lotus programming at it’s best! :wink:
