One of our Vice President is using a IBM Thinkpad laptop with XP (SP1) loaded. Sometimes when he tries to either Reply or Forward email, the machine just reboots without any error or warning. We are not able to simulate the problem.
This is happenning only on his laptop, thinking that it could be a laptop problem, we have replaced the same, but still no luck.
There are around 100 users who are configured mobile and are using without any problems. It is happening only on his laptop. The only other thing I see apart from others is Norton Personal Firewall is installed.

This has become very critical. Can anyone help me on this.
