I would like to pick all knowledgeable individuals. I have a project to build a knowledgebase database that individuals outside our company would be able to search.
Do I build a .nsf and use a search form on the web?
Do I use web services?
Suggestions?

You can create a Discussion database. Use the one that is web enabled…discsw7.ntf. This way users will have the ability to view from the browser, providing you set up the ACL and have HTTP running on your server.

or you can use either a wiki or a bulletin board.
