a user is unable to print his documents in a database (the printfunction is not enabled). In the ACL, the “Replicate and copy documents” is unchecked. The $KeepPrivate field in each document was = “1” and I set it to " " for all documents. Printing worked!
Question now is: what causes the documents to get field $KeepPrivate = “1”?

The another reason for ($KeepPrivate) could be, the form property “Disable printing/ forwarding/ copying to clipboard” checked (last tab of form properties box), using which the document was created.
