If I created a text field using a html code for example , whenever the form refresh or any field with option fields on keyword change is selected… the value inside the text field will disappear… it there to way keep the value…

It should load the value from the form. Of course if the UI value is changed and the page is reloaded before the value is saved then the value will be lost.
Maybe try something like:
