I’ve noticed that if a user declines a meeting and doesn’t check the box ‘Keep me informed of updates’, the user does not get another chance to respond to the meeting if the chair updates the time / location.
This is an inconvenience for our users. Is there another way the chair can modify the original meeting so all of the original invitees get the update invitation regardless of the recipient not checking the ‘Keep me informed of updates’ checkbox?

Actually, if I remember right. The ‘Keep me informed’ thing isn’t much help either. I mean, the user gets notified but they don’t get the buttons to accept/decline. They are informed and, while it looks like a calendar invitation, it is more of an FYI.
They should just not decline the invitation in the first place. Or, the chair of the meeting could delete the decline notice from her mail file and then when there is a reschedule it should work because Notes will think there never was a response.
