I have been doing Notes Domino application development for 10 years in the US and Canada, and I am a big fan for Domino. I also use J2EE, iText for PDF, Crystal Report, database development in countless enterprise projects.
I am just curious: Can I find someone/employer(maybe small ones) looking for solutions for their problems and is willing to pay? Can anyone know how I can get this kind of information?

Well, you’re right and personally I do prefer to not find content of that type here. But on the other hand, “Forum use and etiquette” doesn’t explicitly forbid it.
