We have at least determined what is causing it. If a user is renamed or possibly even deleted, the adminp task, “Rename in Reader/Author fields” fires off and fills the log with this nonsense. All of them are at ODS 43 and we have already tried the following with no success…
load fixup mail -f -j -v
load compact mail -c -i -F -K
load updall mail -R
For now as a workaround, we have set the ACLs in all mail DBs to “Do not modify Names fields”. This cleared up the junk but does not address the root cause.
Any help or suggestions appreciated.
