Set up journaling by the book, yet it is not journaling messages for a particular user. I am using the “sender contains” [firstname lastname]. I switch the journaling to another user on the same mail server and it works. As a last resort I’m thinking of re-creating the mail.box (s) on this mail server. Any ideas?
