Journaling to external mail system

I’m looking for a way to journal messages from a Domino server to an external mail system e.g Postfix, Sendmail, etc.

I don’t have problem journaling to a Mail-In store but I haven’t find documents the show that this is even possible let alone the steps to do so.

The desired result is that messages would be journaled to a specific email address which is hosted remotely over the internet. This means that ensuring TLS & even SMTP_Auth are used would become necessary for security reasons.

Subject: Agent? Commonstore?

I would say that you might need to create an agent in the Journal database to forward them again. I wouldnt create a rule because it will look like the signer sent it. (Not 100% sure on this)

Another way of doing this would be to install Commonstore for Domino.
