I’m testing out journaling to a mailin db at the moment. Everything worked ok until I started to set rules to exclude certain system generated messages from the journal db. I now get this error when I open any server configuration document:
Illegal circular USE: Rules
I deleted the rule, stopped jounaling and the error went away. I then re-enabled journaling and added one exception (there were 10 last time). All was fine and the exception is working, but today (the day after adding the exception) the “Illegal circular USE: Rules” error has re-appeared. Here’s the journaling rule:
When all documents journal message Except when sender contains dummy@name.org
One more thing, the journal db is hosted on the the same server doing the journaling.
Any one got any ideas? The rule doesn’t seem circular to me!
