Since I’ve upgraded several workstation from R8.0.2 to R8.5.1, we’ve been having some trouble synchronizing the user’s Journal (now called Notebook) with their mail file.
Users used to be able to do this and then they’d be able to access Journal (Notebook) when using Lotus iNotes webmail.
Some work fine. Others, nothing new is synching.
Thinking that this may be similar to a replication issue, I cleared the replication history and tried synching again.
No luck.
Any ideas on what I can try next, or how to clear “synchronization history” so that I can perform a full sync?
A little desperate as (of course) this is the CEO’s Lotus Notes workstation that’s giving me a problem.
