I am getting error in javascript while writing validations. Can anybody please send some standard code for javavalidation.
error is “script cant be checked for syntax errors because javascript is not enabled”. I have installed j2re,j2se and checked. but still the same error. pls guide.

Your message is very confusing.
You seem to have mixed up Java and JavaScript. Despite the similarities in name they are two completely different things.
Java (in Domino) executes only in the back-end.
JavaScript executes in the client (Notes or web browser).
You can install any Java package (j2re, j2se) as much as you like but that has nothing to do with the error you get.
Your error indicates that the web browser in use does not have JavaScript enabled, which is a setting in the browser - normally under the ‘Advanced’ tab.
