Suddenly my Domino http server will not start and saying something like this.

JVMJ9VM015W library J9GC24<2> Error.

Java Virtual Machine Faild to start.

Please Help.

Subject: disable the JVM

if you disable the jvm, are you able to load the http task?

set the following in the notes.ini

HTTPDisableJVM=1

you may have a corrupted jvm

I’ve ran into an issue in the past that required me to reinstall the server/ copy the jvm from a working server

Subject: I see this on an upgrade today…

  • When you mention copying the JVM from a good server, do I simply copy the entire jvm directory from a good server to this one? There’s no server-specific configuration I have to worry about?
