Java jar not working after upgrade

Since upgrading our 6.5 server to 8.5.1 the server no longer recognises the XML4j.jar file in the domino\java folder

Any ideas how we can get the server to include these in the class path

We have the same problem since upgrading our 6.5 server to 8.5.1.
