My company is a retail firm and on our intranet our stores are accessing domino applications. With the upgrade of IE explorer and Notes the stores are now getting prompted to download the Notes applet from IBM, this is causing issues, is there any one or group of files that we can push out to our stores to prevent them from getting that prompt?

Yes - if you’re using IE universally then you should be able to copy the CAB file (“nvapplet.cab”, I believe) into the appropriate cache directory on the workstations. I don’t remember where it is off the top of my head, but you could just search for it on one machine and you should then be able to drop it into the corresponding place on the others.
