Java agent, DIIOP from browser does not work

I have a java agent on ServerA making a DIIOP connection to ServerB. If I run the agent manually from ServerA, I can connect to ServerB. If I run the agent from a client browser connecting to ServerA I get the following error in the ServerA log.

HTTP JVM: NotesException: Could not get IOR from Domino Server: http://192.168.2.50:63148/diiop_ior.txt

From ServerA if I put http://192.168.2.50:63148/diiop_ior.txt in the local browser, I can get the diiop_ior.txt.

It must be a security issue with the agent. However I have the “Run on behalf…” with a user Id that has full access, I even tried the ServerA ID.

I’ve tried sending a username and pwd, to no avail, from the server it connects without those arguments.

I hope someone has encountered this before.

Some more info. When I put a network analyzer on ServerA, when I run the agent manuallly (from Notes Client-successfully) I see the packets. When I run the agent from the console, no packets, ServerA doesn’t even seem to make an attempt to make the connection. I am totally baffled.
